Relaxed, Grateful, Aware, with Effie Stavrulaki

  • Internal Arts New England 102 Bridge Road Salisbury, MA United States (map)

In this experiential workshop, we will explore awareness as something simple, accessible, and already present, rather than something we need to strive for or achieve. Instead of focusing on doing mindfulness “right” or reaching a particular outcome, we will investigate how awareness naturally emerges when we bring a relaxed, interested, and kind attention to our experience. Through mindfulness meditations and mindful movement, we will examine how we relate to the present moment while gently cultivating appreciation and gratitude for moments of awareness and connection as they arise. All levels of experience are welcome—whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers a supportive space to deepen a relaxed present-moment awareness and reconnect with the simplicity of being here.

Yes, we can!
