Effie Stavrulaki
Effie Stavrulaki is a long-time meditation practitioner and teaches mindfulness and loving kindness and their interface with science. She holds a PhD in management science and is an Associate Professor of Management at Bentley University. She is a UCLA-trained mindfulness teacher and has mentored with Matthew Daniell for a number of years. She also has a Koru Mindfulness certification, which specializes in teaching mindfulness to college-age adults, and a certificate in Positive Psychology from the Whole Being Institute. She has developed and taught several mindfulness and positive psychology courses and is a published author in the science of mindfulness. Visit Effie’s faculty page at Bentley.
