NSIMC was created as a place of sanity in this world, where the 2,600-year-old teachings of the Buddha on Insight meditation and supportive forms can be taught and practiced. Our guiding teacher is Matthew Daniell.

Our programs are led by a diverse team of teachers intended to meet the needs of our community. We host retreats and workshops at various locations, offered independently and through other organizations. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator, a student or a professional or a retiree, we offer unique programs to support the quality of your daily living.
