Monday Evening Mindfulness (online drop-in)

On Monday evening, join NSIMC manager Adam Groff on Zoom for an hour of meditation and discussion.

Led by our teachers, these Monday evening mindfulness or metta drop-in practice sessions will include 30-40 minutes of guided and silent sitting, followed by individual sharing and discussion. There is no pre-registration or set fee, the class is offered on a donation basis. All levels of experience are welcome!
