On Monday evening, August 21, 7 p.m., join NSIMC manager Adam Groff on Zoom for an hour of loving-kindness (metta) meditation and discussion.
Led by our teachers, these Monday evening drop-in practice sessions (either mindfulness or metta) will include 30-40 minutes of guided and silent sitting, followed by individual sharing and discussion. There is no pre-registration or set fee, the class is offered on a donation basis. All levels of experience are welcome!
