This half-day workshop is designed to support anyone who is curious or beginning a mindfulness practice or wishing to reinvigorate it. Together, we will explore simple and accessible ways of being present through breathing exercises, guided sitting and walking meditations, and gentle mindful movement. Practicing in community offers encouragement, accountability, and the reassurance that mindfulness doesn’t need to be perfect to be meaningful. Over the course of our time together, we will experiment with approaches that fit into real-life schedules and daily routines, helping you establish—or refresh—a meditation practice that feels supportive and sustainable.
This program will include a reflection, instruction, periods of sitting and walking meditation, and time for Q&A/discussion. All experience levels are welcome.
