The Four Noble Truths in Action (seven-week online series)

Matthew Daniell

From May 6 to June 24, Matthew Daniell will teach an online Monday night series through Cambridge Insight Meditation Center. (No class May 27)

When: 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Where: Zoom (CIMC)

How are we to live? These profound teachings of the Buddha – the Four Noble Truths – provide us with all that is necessary for understanding Dharma and awakening. These timeless truths reveal a straightforward way to take care of suffering as the path to true happiness and liberation from inner bondage. They provide us with a guide to living well.

There is conceptual understanding of the Four Noble Truths, and then there is putting them into practice and experiencing the results. The emphasis of our work together will be to bring these teachings to life through the practice of vipassana meditation, the clear, direct seeing of what is. This approach – returning again and again to these timeless, basic truths – can be of immense benefit. This program is open to anyone who has at least two years of meditation practice.
